+ The McCosh Elementary School in Chicago renamed Emmett Louis Till Math & Science Academy (2006)
+ The bridge over I-94 in Chicago, Il, named the Emmett Till Memorial bridge (2005)

+ Black Family Channel produced: Portraits in Black “The Story of Mamie Till Mobley" and “Who Killed Emmett Till?” (2005)

+ “The Untold Story of Emmett Till” produced  by Keith Beauchamp. Other documentaries  along with a book: “Death Of Innocence” co-written by Mamie Till Mobley and Christopher Benson

+ The Emmett Till Bill (unsolved civil rights murder cases) originally S1369 by Sen. Talent and  HR3506 by Rep. Dodd introduced in 2005. HR923  by Reps. John Lewis & Artur Davis and S 535  by Dodd and Leahy passes in June 2007

+ Senator Higgins authored Bill: SR0079, a senate resolution recognizing April 21, 2007, as Emmett Till Legacy Foundation Day at the state capitol
